M7 Baseball is  led by founder and head coach Mike O'Neil who brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to everything he does.

​

With 40 years of experience coaching and playing a variety of sports, Mike is also celebrated as one of the most accomplished baseball players in Newfoundland and Labrador history, earning numerous championships and individual awards. His passion for the game is evident in every pitch and every play.

Mike holds a BA, an MEd, and a Naturopath designation. He’s also certified in nutrition, high-performance training, and sports protocols through NASM, reflecting his commitment to holistic athletic development.
